Autumn Walk

Recently I have began a walking routine, - which is a major accomplishment for me because I hate to exercise.   I have put on some extra weight, so I know that it is necessary for my health.  I don't enjoy it, but I endure it.  The one thing that makes all this walking worth the effort is the magnificent view that comes with living in a remote country setting during the Autumn months.  So, I wanted to share with you guys what you would see if you were out walking in my neck of the woods.

    1. I love living in a country setting. Our house actually fronts a major highway but all of this is behind our home. The adirondack chair in the first picture sits in the corner of our yard.

But, it would be nice to have a nice "flat" neighborhood to walk in. All of these hills are killing me. lol

  2. I'll have to take some photos. I guess I live in the "Country" also. That's what people say out here. I own over an acre and all the house around me own 2 to three acres. My old house had over 2 acres and 40 acres around that, so that was more country to me. There is a nice pond and small creek on my walk, we even spotted a salmon in the creek!

  3. How splendidly beautiful! I wish autumn's glorious palette lasted for longer, but am grateful that we get it for even just a little while all the same. Some of the colours are starting to fade around these parts now (especially after the eight or so days of solid rain we just go through), but the golden leaves are still out, and I'm really hoping they're remain up for a few more days at least.

I can't believe I wasn't already (how is that possible?), but I just started following you on Pinterest.
